SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are processed the same or next business day (Monday through Friday 11am-6pm, not including holidays), pending credit card authorization and verification. Packages typically arrive within 1-4 days from the date we receive the order. Ethel Vaughn products may vary due to the handmade type. Ethel Vaughn delivery times are visible in every specific product description. Products will be shipped directly from Germany by DHL.
PACKAGES MUST BE SIGNED FOR.
IMPORTANT - If a package is returned to Germany because the buyer did not claim the package, ETHEL VAUGHN does not send replacements.
ETHEL VAUGHN is not responsible for any actions taken by customs on your package during delivery. ETHEL VAUGHN has no control over this. Buyer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your package. Customs determines these charges, and ETHEL VAUGHN has no way of knowing what these charges may be.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns can be made only if the products are in unworn condition. Acceptable reasons for an return: factory defects, wrong color or size was sent, or error on our part. Customers must send us an e-mail stating their name and invoice number within 5 days of receiving the product if they are requesting a return. We will email you instructions on how to return the product. We will pay for the shipment back to us and back to you again.
Exchanges can be made only if the products are in unworn condition. Acceptable reasons for an exchange: colors are different than pictured, the product does not fit. Customers must send us an e-mail stating their name and invoice number within 5 days of receiving the product if they are requesting an exchange. In case of an exchange we ask that you pay for the shipment to us and back to you. In case your desired product is not available anymore, you will receive a credit memo which has to be redeemed within 6 month.
